The European Economic and Social Committee's opinion on 'Social farming: green care and social and health policies' (WILLEMS 2012) underscores the importance of fostering cooperation at the European level. Within the Erasmus+ project SOFARM, a comparative analysis of social farming across partner countries (Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Italy, and Germany) has been conducted. This effort culminates in a state-of-the-art report outlining the current landscape, encompassing data, legislative frameworks, support structures, and developmental trajectories unique to each country. The resultant document serves as a comprehensive resource, offering stakeholders up-to-date insights into the conditions shaping social farming across participating nations.
